Flash, Flex Deveoper

Santilga is looking for a talented Flash / Flex developer with experience using both AS 2.0 and 3.0. We are looking specifically for people with Flash and AJAX programming experience, knowledge of OOP and software design patterns, not animators or timeline based Flash developers. We would prefer to find people who have experience with skinning and UI as it applies to Flash. Some familiarity with CSS and PHP is a plus.
